Studio 33 Pilates would like to offer you a great way to incorporate flexibility and control focused exercises into your routine. Pilates and Piloga (a blend of Pilates and yoga) are low-impact and have multiple health benefits – both physically and mentally. Our training targets all muscles. Pilates has been found to improve brain function; boost immunity; and, reduces stress. We offer live studio classes, online classes and on-demand virtual classes to suit a range of needs and goals.

Studio 33 Pilates offers private training and groups – in person, online and through a range of on-demand videos. We pride ourselves on providing training that is suited to the needs and goals of every individual we teach.

What is Pilates?

Joseph Pilates studied many forms of movement practice: Eastern influences came from tai chi, tae kwondo and yoga; but also, gymnastics, boxing, the Alexander Technique and Feldenkrais, from Europe. He brought these body mind practices together in what he called 'Contrology' - which later became known as Pilates.
